We understand it is difficult to drop everything and respond in an emergency situation. Respond to situation (storm, fire, flood, etc.) Coordinate with Insurance companies, stabilization, and contractor bids. Provide initial photos as well as progress photos. With over 25 years of real estate experience we have begun to provide multi level real estate consulting services that are not those of a conventional Real Estate co. Real Estate Sales We are not in the business of listing properties to collect commissions, however we are in the business (if you should desire) of strategic property preparation that will ensure maximum return on your investment with the least amount of inconvenience in a discrete and professional manor. Rental Services We do not actively seek properties to offer to the general public for rent. However some homeowners occasionally ask us if we were aware of a good qualified tenants. In these cases we do offer rental coordination with complete background checks on all potential tenants as well as rental collection and post occupancy inspections.
